Elrin works at the intersection of inclusive employment, accessibility, organisational culture and workforce transformation. Drawing on experience in HR, talent management and enterprise transformation, Elrin helps organisations move beyond symbolic inclusion towards practical systems that enable persons with disabilities to access meaningful employment, develop their careers and participate fully in the workplace.
